Ever wonder what those weird codes mean on your thermometer? 
Felt frustrated because you had no idea how to fix the thermometer and had to waste time sending it to service?

Now. Worry no more, Allow me to help you decipher the code and problems behind all the error. 

EE

On your thermometer, if you saw EE. It means the systems is not working properly.

Solutions: So what you need to do is take the battery out for 1 minute and turn on the thermometer again. ( If the code reappears, please send a picture of the error and email to Info@bionmedicalgroup.com )

E1

On your thermometer, if you see E1. It means your thermometer exceeds operating temperature range.

Solutions: Allow the thermometer to rest for 30 minutes. Make sure the L-plug is securely connected to the air socket and measure again quietly. Wrap the cuff correctly and keep arm steady during measurement ( If situation persist, please send a picture of the error and email to Info@bionmedicalgroup.com )

Hi

On your thermometer, if you see Hi on either modes, It means your temperature is very high.
specifically, if customers measure body temperature via Temple mode and are above (42.2
oC )
specifically, if customers measure object temperature via Object mode and are above (99.9
oC )

Solutions: Please check and selected the correct mode, and retake temperature properly again.  ( If situation persist, please send a picture of the error and email to Info@bionmedicalgroup.com )

Lo

On your thermometer, if you see Lo on either modes, It means your temperature is very low.
specifically, if customers measure body temperature via Temple mode and are below (34
oC )
specifically, if customers measure object temperature via Object mode and is below (0
oC )

Solutions:  Please check and selected the correct mode, and retake temperature properly again.  ( If situation persist, please send a picture of the error and email to Info@bionmedicalgroup.com )
